風味：以義式濃縮（Espresso）方式評測。多汁感十足，帶有甜美的香氛表現。櫻桃利口酒、血橙皮、洛神花、烘焙巧克力與杏仁的香氣跟風味。口感飽滿柔滑、奶油感明確；尾韻以水果調為主，底層鋪陳柔和的巧克力調性。
在卡布奇諾形式下，果香調性轉為圓潤內斂，重點落在烘焙巧克力與烤杏仁風味，整體更顯穩定平衡。
Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Juicy and sweetly perfumed. Cherry cordial, blood orange zest, hibiscus, baking chocolate and almond in aroma and small cup. Plush, creamy mouthfeel; fruit-forward finish with a soft chocolate base. In cappuccino format, the fruit tones mellow, emphasizing baking chocolate and roasted almond.
